MarketMinder is an educational platform, not a licensed investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on our website, in our courses, in our community, or in Tally constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Trading futures, forex, and other financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose part or all of your capital. Past performance — including any payout figures, testimonials, or results we share — does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Using The Blueprint, The Xdge, The Summit, or any tool on this site does not guarantee you will pass a prop firm evaluation, get funded, or generate profit. Trading takes real work, discipline, and commitment — our system gives you a process, not a shortcut around the effort required.
Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and older. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction.
Course purchases (The Blueprint, The Xdge, The Summit) are processed through Whop, a third-party platform. Pricing, checkout, and payment processing are handled by Whop under their own terms of service.
Refund policy:
We reserve the right to change pricing, course content, or refund terms at any time; changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
MarketMinder may earn a commission or referral fee when you sign up with a prop trading firm (including but not limited to Topstep, Lucid Trading, FundingPips, CMC Markets, or FTMO) through links on our site. This does not increase the cost to you, and does not influence the honesty of our opinions about those firms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any prop firm we link to or discuss.
Tally is currently offered in beta. Features, data storage methods, and availability may change as the product develops. You're responsible for the accuracy of the trading data you enter into Tally. We are not responsible for trading decisions made based on Tally's analysis, tagging, or digest features — these are tools to support your own review process, not investment advice.

All course content, written material, videos, tools, calculators, and branding on marketminderx.com and within our courses are the property of MarketMinder unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that content for your own education — it does not grant you the right to redistribute, resell, or repost our material elsewhere.
Our Services link to and rely on third-party platforms (Whop, Discord, Brevo, Google, prop trading firms, and others). We don't control these platforms and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketMinder and its founder are not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Services, including reliance on any educational content, tool output, or community discussion. Our Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of our Services, including course access or community membership, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our Services at any time.
