MarketMinder ("we," "us," "our") provides trading education content, tools, and community access through marketminderx.com, our Discord server, our Whop-hosted courses, and Tally (our trading journal application). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
By using our website, tools, or community, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
01Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Your email address, when you sign up for free tools (like the Consistency Rule Calculator), join our mailing list, or purchase a course through Whop
- Your name and payment details when you purchase The Blueprint, The Xdge, or The Summit — these are collected and processed by Whop, not stored on our own servers
- Your Discord username and activity when you join our community server
- Your Google account information (name, email, profile picture) if you sign in to Tally, used solely to authenticate your account and associate your journal data with you
- Trading data you manually enter into Tally (trades, notes, journal entries) for the purpose of providing the journaling service to you
Information collected automatically:
- Basic usage data (pages visited, general location by country/region, browser type) via standard web server logs
- A small locally-stored flag in your browser to remember you've already unlocked a gated free tool, so you're not asked again on that device
02How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the tools, courses, and community access you've requested or purchased
- To send you educational content, product updates, and occasional promotional emails via our email platform (Brevo) — you can unsubscribe at any time
- To operate and improve Tally, including authenticating your account via Google and storing your journal data
- To respond to support requests sent to hello@marketminderx.com
- To maintain the security and integrity of our website, tools, and community
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
03Third-Party Services
We rely on a number of third-party services to operate MarketMinder. Each has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review:
- Whop — handles course purchases, payment processing, and access delivery for The Blueprint, The Xdge, and The Summit
- Discord — hosts our free community server
- Brevo — manages our email list and marketing automation
- Google — provides authentication (sign-in) for Tally
- Hostinger — hosts our website and web application infrastructure
Our site also links to third-party prop trading firms (including but not limited to Topstep, Lucid Trading, FundingPips, CMC Markets, and FTMO) via referral or affiliate links. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those firms once you leave our site.
04Cookies & Local Storage
Our website uses minimal cookies and browser local storage — primarily to remember whether you've unlocked a free tool, and for basic site functionality. We do not use invasive tracking or ad-retargeting cookies.
05Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. Tally's journal data is currently stored using Google Drive as its persistence layer during the beta period; this may migrate to a dedicated database as the product matures.
06Your Rights & Choices
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@marketminderx.com
- You can revoke Tally's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings
- You can leave our Discord community at any time, which removes your ongoing participation in that space
07Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
08International Users
MarketMinder serves users globally. By using our services, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the countries where our third-party service providers (listed above) operate.
09Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our services evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
